- smoking is not allowed in the rooms
- use of inflatable toys is not permitted in the swimming pool
- payment will be requested for any damage exceeding € 20
- unauthorised persons are not allowed on the Resort premises. – The area is monitored by video cameras
- please use the air-conditioning only when necessary; excessive use is harmful to the environment. Keep all windows closed when the air-conditioning is turned on. Please don’t leave the air-conditioning on when you are out of the room, it only takes a few minutes to refresh the air when you return
- the pool towels should be used only in the Residence; on departure the pool towels should be left in the apartment otherwise you will be charged € 25 per sheet
- please do not pick fruit from the Resort’s fruit trees

- the municipal fountain is located 150 m from the Resort in the parking lot of the parish church of San Martino
